Our simple PROCESS
1. Click your profession on the Home page
We have core functional specialized products that work for all Builders, Architects, Designers and Estate Agents.
2. Choose the product you need
The core products are set out clearly for you to choose. If you are unsure which is best then you can submit your plans or tenders to us and we will make the best recommendation for you.
3. Email us your plans
Send us as much information as you can. We can work with outline plans, Building Regs and tender submissions together will specification and pre construction documents.
4. We give you a FREE appraisal of your plans
We always look through your documents and plans before submitting a cost. Generally our costs are fixed for each project. We do not work on a percentage.
5. We tell you how much each project costs before we start work
Our basic estimates start at £75 and generally do not exceed £1000 for a very complicated tender.
We send you a pro forma invoice prior to work commencing.
6. Revisions Ongoing
Each document we send out to you is fully editable in either Word or Excel format. We ask you to check these documents, especially in the early days so that we can record any specific costs to our account.
We offer small revisions FREE and with 48 hours to keep you on deadline.
When you need multiple revisions following new specifications there can be a further charge though this is rare and always agreed in advance.
